As we talked, every decision we put into action, involves creating new habits while breaking with others. In this case we talk of abandoning the "blame the other." We speak of true independence, emotionally and mentally, to continue our growth. Within the meaning of these days, we celebrate the anniversary of the independence of our country (should be asking how independent we are, outward and inward) is very valid, indeed, it is very necessary to question how independent we are as people, and then examine how pleased we are with our level of personal involvement in resolving the problems in our communities. The "Positive Learning" uses the "shred" or design a process "step by step" to develop a skill tasks that gradually and progressively raise the level of use and difficulty. To break down our learning process in steps, we entered a circular path - the "Spiral of Success."
The first step in the spiral of success is taking responsibility for our lives. If there is something in our lives that we are not satisfied, we can do one of two things:
We can defend our present state, blaming others or our circumstances - in which case "that we can get." In other words, put simply, extinguish our potential to evolve and diminish our chances. We may even find yourself saying things like - "why should I change if my partner is who has the problem? Or "I'm happy when my partner to quit bothering me."
Or we can take responsibility for ourselves and live by the adage that all the answers to our questions are within ourselves. For example, if now I'm not happy is because I have not completely identified with my essence. Now if I am not loved, it might be my responsibility to practice giving love if expecting anything in return, and see where that takes me attitude.
Do you realize how in the second stage increase your personal power by using a positive internal dialogue, enhancing your potential to change your circumstances and increase your options?
Once we have identified the potential for our development, we increase our personal power by letting go of our previous myself no longer want and encourage our new vision of myself moving forward.
