Motivation Based on the results sound more real
Are you accomplishing what you set out at the beginning of 2010?
What, exercise, quit smoking, eat better, get up / go to bed earlier, raise the relationship level with that special someone, upload your sales?
If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, then you have to be in constant movement, preferably in the direction of your goals, well done!
Now, you know that many people, in fact most will never meet its goals, because he thinks it will take action when motivated, and that's a mistake. They are spending energy in anything!

Red Compression Pants
Much of the result our dreams depend on how deeply we did ours, that both breathe, eat, sleep and live with them. When we get our dreams we push and pull on us in the direction we've set, and that direction is good for us and those around us without causing damage to someone or something, then we have a powerful dream.
Now, how will bring the dream to the depths of our being? As there are several ways, and I will share this technique:
a) Use of CPR (conscious and deep relaxation) to access the level of "mental workshop, where you have multiple displays for past, present and future.

That is the title of a film about football - a goal that we have here the Super Bowl! - Sports that I had the opportunity to practice, starting the majority of the team from scratch and get beat to beat after winning a championship national intermediate category beating the best teams in Monterrey and DF.
The fact is that in the sport learned 4 basic skills in personal and professional lives: Communication, Leadership, Motivation and Teamwork, which helped participants to develop my various courses and programs.
