Red Compression Pants

Much of the result our dreams depend on how deeply we did ours, that both breathe, eat, sleep and live with them. When we get our dreams we push and pull on us in the direction we've set, and that direction is good for us and those around us without causing damage to someone or something, then we have a powerful dream.
Now, how will bring the dream to the depths of our being? As there are several ways, and I will share this technique:
a) Use of CPR (conscious and deep relaxation) to access the level of "mental workshop, where you have multiple displays for past, present and future.
b) On the screen of the future (far right of the three) places the image of sleep, but now as a veil over reality. From this moment you are building your destination.
c) Now, enter your screen to where you're the main character in your dream, now a projection, and begins to see everything around you. People, objects, colors, light and everything you see and you know you say you are doing your project.
d) To continue, now pay attention to the sounds, speaks to you, maybe you're talking to yourself, you may have things or sounds of nature and all that you can surround.
e) The following phase is to review everything you feel. And this is very broad. Here we talk about your feelings externally: temperature, humidity, maybe the wind blowing on your skin ... then comes the part of your inner feelings, talking about your body. Is there movement in your body, your muscles or bones? Did you provoke you or anything outside what causes it? And now, what you feel inside? What part of your body is feeling?
f) When you've created the images, auditions and feel of your future, turn to the part of creating a signal to what we call in NLP-anchor with a small movement of any part of your body, you might want to join the tips of your fingers, to "call" to all that is available in your interior and give you the strength and motivation to do what to do to meet your higher purposes.
For now, you achieve a great week and dream BIG!
