Motivation Based on the results sound more real

Are you accomplishing what you set out at the beginning of 2010?
What, exercise, quit smoking, eat better, get up / go to bed earlier, raise the relationship level with that special someone, upload your sales?
If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, then you have to be in constant movement, preferably in the direction of your goals, well done!
Now, you know that many people, in fact most will never meet its goals, because he thinks it will take action when motivated, and that's a mistake. They are spending energy in anything!
Look, let's say you read a motivational book or listen to a "motivator." Just reading or lecture, and salt well motivated and excited to meet your goals comprometidísimo.
